Welcome to the Fabulić Family

We are the Fabulić family, and since the 1990s, we have been warmly welcoming guests from all over the world with a passion for tourism and hospitality. Our apartments are located in a quiet part of Preko, on the island of Ugljan, just 40 meters from the sea, while the well-known Jaz Beach is only a short walk away.

We offer two air-conditioned apartments, each around 70 m² in size, ideal for up to 4 guests. Both apartments feature a spacious balcony with a beautiful sea view – the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a relaxing sunset.

Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the house, as well as access to a private, peaceful space for rest and relaxation. Shops, the town center, and a larger supermarket are all nearby – easily reachable on foot or by car.

We are especially proud of our homemade olive oil, produced using a traditional family recipe – a small gift of Dalmatian heritage and flavor.
